The location here is fantastic, being so close to shopping, the beach, and town attractions, plus the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

I loved this wonderful place, stayed there for 6 nights. It had marvellous location next to shopping needs, Bay City, TX and the beach...

The room had a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, a refrigerator, and a tub in the bathroom.

This place is super clean, the rooms have a perfect temperature, and everything here is fantastic.

The facility was okay, nothing quite stood out amongst all the candles except for the well-lit parking space. The check-in staff was cordial, and the rooms were kept clean during our stay. Some guests did mention the lack of towels in the room, but we were not affected by that.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not up to mark, which was very annoying for us; we could hear other guests' movements in their rooms quite clearly.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and festive, and I appreciated the complementary hot cocoa and cookies that were available in the lobby. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the town and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to try. the room itself was clean and well-maintained.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat, leaving me tossing and turning all night. the noise from other guests in the hallway and adjacent rooms was quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I had a small issue with my room type, but the front desk staff at Candlewood Suites went above and beyond to help me out. They exceeded my expectations and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Each room I stayed in was clean and had new-looking furniture and linens. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved that I was able to check in early and that the room was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The gym and free washer and dryer were convenient, and the location was perfect for my beach day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room amenities and location. Over the Christmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel that had some great things going for it. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-fridge and microwave, as well as a TV. The location was also very convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. Another advantage that I liked was the free parking.

Dirty room and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the positive aspects of the hotel could not make up for the negative aspects that I experienced.
